I’m Jean, your Orkney tour guide
I’ll meet you at the terminal so your day can start the moment you land, and have you back in good time for your flight home.
Flying in to Kirkwall?
Kirkwall Airport sits at Grimsetter, just a few miles from the town and central to Orkney’s main sites. Flying in means you can be out touring within minutes of landing, ideal for a day trip or the first day of a longer stay.
Tell me your flight times and I’ll shape the day to fit.

What can we see in a day?
- St Magnus Cathedral and the Earl’s and Bishop’s Palaces in Kirkwall.
- The Italian Chapel & the Churchill Barriers: just south of the airport.
- Skara Brae, Brodgar and Stenness: the Heart of Neolithic Orkney.
- Scapa Flow: wartime history around the Flow.
